Where's Waldo..or where's Jonathan

My cute missionary boy Jonathan is still waiting......

So many of you have asked about him and today we finally got some 'news'. For those of you who don't know, Jonathan had unnecessary surgery the end of July

on his ACL. They put him through an MRI at the MTC but when the surgeon opened him up he said it was fine and showed no sign of injury. Wow...so he had physical therapy for a couple of weeks. The PT gave him a clean bill of health, so he was ready to go. He met with his bishop in Sandy,UT and then the Stake President. All of his MTC district has gone to Mexico, as they got their visa's while Jonathan was in PT. So there is this little clause that says when you have been granted a 2 yr working visa you have to enter the country within a certain amount of time....so guess what- He missed the window.

The new Stake President said he would be 're-called' to a different mission. Poor Johnny..can you imagine all this waiting ??!! Please pray for him. He does want to serve and just can't figure out why this is happening. All we can do is turn it over to the Lord and trust. I wonder if he will be here for Christmas?

As a family, We eat together, pray together, study and ponder the scriptures and gospel together, attend church together and laugh together.
We know when to work, when to play and when to relax. Most of all, we know each other. We know how to make each other smile and laugh And we are constantly seeking opportunities to do so. Our greatest legacy will be that we loved each other well.
