Garden Find...

These beauties will turn red!

I have 6 artichoke coming on!

This is what happens when you don't pick your artichoke!

I was out in my garden gathering some spaghetti squash, and a few tomatoes. When I looked at the cabbage, to my surprise I found these little lady bugs!
I have really enjoyed this summer garden. I have about 20 more squash, 15 or so good Romas, cherry & early girls, cucumbers, artichokes, basil, tarragon, anaheim chilis, Red/green bell peppers, and onions. I am feeling ready to plant again. I think I might do a much bigger garden this fall.

I have a big grassy area that sits next to the official garden. I just have to dig up the grass and out in sprinklers! What do you think???

As a family, We eat together, pray together, study and ponder the scriptures and gospel together, attend church together and laugh together.
We know when to work, when to play and when to relax. Most of all, we know each other. We know how to make each other smile and laugh And we are constantly seeking opportunities to do so. Our greatest legacy will be that we loved each other well.
